Unlike Mrs. H, he is not a dog, despite his homeroom kids are the dogs characters.
There were some ideas by Poyo's friends before he was the guy who hated math.
- One suggestion was that he would be a gamer, always playing a handheld during class.
- Another was an idea where he was obsessed with another subject that he does not teach.
